8:30 am --Registration ( people will get a tag at registration which will have what break out room they will be going to.  Those that have called in their reservation prior to the event their tags will already be at the table for them to pick up.)

9:00 am --Opening Session -- speakers Reverend Wornock, Senator Sam Zamarripa Senator John Lewis.  They each will have about 10 minutes to talk about why we have come together, why it is important, they will give framework of discussion

 9:45 am --Reverend James Orange --technical details of breakout and why those 4 break out topics were chosen

10:00 am to 12:00 noon -- Each break out will have  2 moderator, 2 panelist, 2 university students and 2 clergy from each community on the panel. Moderators will introduce self as well as the panelists. The moderators will state the objectives and goals and focus of discussion.  Each panelist will have a minute opening statement focused on focus of the discussion. There will be at least one stenographer recording the discussion.  

1:00 pm -- Closing Session --- Moderators from each breakout will give a report of a 3 minute overview touching on the major themes of the discussion.

1:15 pm --- A Latino Leader (waiting for response) and Reverend Joseph Lowery will do closing comments each will have 15 minutes to speak

3:00 pm --- All participants will file and walk to lay wreath at the crypt. Charles Field and a Latino leader will make brief remarks (2 minutes).  Ceremony will end by each person that wishes going forward and mentioning the name of some one who no longer is here and was part of the struggle.
